SALSA or Save a Life Society of Alberta is a non-profit organization organized by ordinary people like you and me with the burning desire to help those who are in need, especially the hungry, depressed and those who have nobody that cares for them. In our little way, we as a group, believe in the strength in numbers to carry out our mission. We started back in December 2022 and has grown exponentially. Thanks to those who care and share our common vision, to pay it forward for all the divine blessings that we have received.
On New Year’s eve of December 31st 2022, we started feeding the needy, just beside Sacred Heart Parish in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada after the 9 AM mass. And with our growing number of volunteers, we continued to do this opportunity to serve every second Saturday of the month from 10 AM to 11 AM.
In July 7th, 2023 Save a Life Society of Alberta was officially registered as a provincial and federal non-profit society in the province of Alberta, Canada.
We hope that with your continued support, we can extend our help not only in the city of Edmonton but also in other parts of Alberta, in other places Canada and the rest of world. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
